1. Refunds
As the services offered on Art Lounge are creative and subjective, refunds are generally not applicable. Once a service has been fulfilled by an artist and delivered to the client, it is considered completed. However, if there are certain issues with the service provided, we encourage clients to reach out to the artist directly first to resolve any concerns. Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: If an artist fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe, clients will be eligible for a full refund.
- Substandard quality: If the service provided significantly deviates from the description provided by the artist or fails to meet reasonable quality standards, clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Unauthorized charges: If a client encounters unauthorized charges on their account, they must report the issue to Art Lounge immediately for investigation and potential refund.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, clients must submit a formal request through the Art Lounge Contact page within 14 days of the service delivery date. The request should include detailed information about the issue encountered and any relevant evidence to support the claim.
Once a refund request is received, we will review the case and communicate with both the artist and the client to gather additional information if necessary. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
3. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between an artist and a client regarding a refund, Art Lounge will act as a mediator to facilitate communication and reach a resolution. Our goal is to ensure fair outcomes for both parties involved.
4. Modifications to Policy
Art Lounge reserves the right to modify or update this return and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
